RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM
You may have passed one of our group homes without even knowing it! ALFA currently has 4 residences located in the towns of West Milford, Butler and Oak Ridge, New Jersey. Each home is situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood and has access to all community amenities, such as shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, community events and town, county and state parks.

DAY PROGRAM
Whether the goal is earning a paycheck, learning a new skill, or just getting out in the community, our day program is designed to meet the needs of each individual. The day program has a 3:1 staff ratio and is out in the community on a daily basis. Transportation to and from the day program as well as recreation outings are also provided by ALFA.

We currently have VACANCIES in our day program. We accept eligible clients who have aged out/graduated from the school system and ages upwards.We can offer transportation within a 20 mile radius of Newfoundland, NJ, 07435, for clients further away we may be able assist in transportation and/or meet family at a designated pick up/drop off location. Please call us for more details. For prospective clients with DDD case workers we will work with the DDD to arrange the placement. ALFA is also an accredited real life choices provider, ALFA again will  work directly with the family and/or the DDD to facilitate a real life choices placement.
